Full "Buck" Moon Reiki Sound Bath with Freqs of Love @ Mama Be Well

Join us at Mama Be Well for a high-vibrational journey into stillness. You will be held through sound created by sacred instruments (Including deep-resonance gongs, drums, crystal singing bowls, and ethereal chimes) in a 60-minute, powerful Reiki-infused frequency reset sound bath. We celebrate the Buck Moon in Aquarius. This moon highlights and triggers major shifts in work, that which lacks freedom or alignment with your authentic self. It brings with it a powerful drive to reshape your future by breaking away from "normal" expectations and embracing your unique path.

Through Freqs of Love's curated set of instruments and vocal toning, deep frequencies help entrain the brain and field, moving you from a state of overwhelm or exhaustion into an effortlessly deep, meditative Theta state. The mind moves into parasympathetic mode where the body can do its best healing.

What to expect

Deep relaxation, intentions led with heart, and a sound journey unlike any other to center, ground, clear, and charge your energy for the month ahead. Bring a friend and settle in for a serious recalibration.

Yoga mats, neck pillows, and water will be provided, but bring whatever props (Bolsters, blankets, pillows, etc.) that will help you get the most cozy.
