Develop Leaders Who Drive Performance, Not Problems
About this Event

The Frontline Leadership Series Level II is the next step for supervisors and team leads who have completed Level I and are ready to lead with greater confidence, clarity, and impact.

This 3-day in-person series builds on core leadership fundamentals and focuses on the moments that matter most on the floor: managing conflict, coaching performance, and leading through change.

Level II equips frontline leaders with the practical skills to handle people challenges before they become operational problems — strengthening culture, communication, and results.

Day 1: Managing Conflict & De-escalation
  • Address issues early and professionally
  • De-escalate tense situations before they spread
  • Turn conflict into productive conversations

Day 2: Goal Setting & Coaching
  • Set clear, measurable goals that drive ownership
  • Coach employees for performance, not just compliance
  • Build accountability without micromanaging

Day 3: Leading Through Change
  • Communicate change clearly and consistently
  • Reduce resistance and increase buy-in
  • Maintain team stability during uncertainty

This program is designed to deliver measurable returns in areas that directly impact operations:

✔ Reduced conflict and downtime
Leaders resolve issues faster, preventing escalation and distraction.

✔ Stronger engagement and retention
Employees stay when they feel supported, coached, and heard.

✔ Improved productivity and accountability
Clear goals and better coaching lead to better performance.

✔ Stronger leadership bench
Develops internal talent and reduces the need for external hires.

✔ More consistent leadership behaviors
Creates alignment across shifts, departments, and locations.

✔ Better change adoption
Teams move faster and with less resistance during transitions.

Who Should Attend
  • Frontline supervisors and team leads
  • Leaders who completed Level I
  • High-potential employees preparing for leadership roles
  • New managers transitioning from peer to leader

This training is built specifically for manufacturing environments — practical, interactive, and immediately applicable. Participants leave with tools they can use the very next day to improve communication, performance, and team morale.

Leadership growth doesn’t happen by accident — it happens by design.
Continue the journey with Frontline Leadership Level II.
