Here is how we handle refunds and ticket changes.

• Up to 7 days before the workshop: You can request a full refund through Eventbrite if your plans change. No questions asked.
• Within 7 days of the workshop: We don't offer refunds if you cancel within a week of the event. At this stage, we've already locked in numbers and committed to venue costs.
• Transfer your ticket: If you can't make it, you're welcome to pass your ticket on to a business friend. Just send us a quick note through our website with their name and email address before the workshop starts so we can update our list.

If we need to cancel or reschedule the workshop for any reason, you'll get the choice of a full refund or a ticket to the new date.
