From Silence to Strength

Throughout history, women have carried the weight of the witch wound—the fear of being seen, speaking truth, and standing in their full power. It shows up as playing small, being the “good girl” staying quiet to keep the peace, hiding your magic, being the betrayer and/or feeling betrayed by other women. You may resonate with this offer due to past-life trauma or due to collective trauma.

Guided by the archetype of Hecate, the wise guardian of thresholds and transformation, this workshop invites you to:

• Recognize where silence, dissociation, or betrayal still hold you back.
• Reclaim your voice and power without apology.
• Heal the pain of betrayal and rediscover supportive, empowering connection with women.
• Transform the old stories of fear into strength, intuition, and embodied presence.

This is a sacred space to step beyond the shadows, to honor their truth, and to embody the wisdom that was once suppressed.

Together, we’ll journey from silence to strength—breaking the patterns of the past and opening to a new way of belonging, leading, and living in our full light.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to find the venue (4th floor, at the back of the Hof) and take time to settle in.

Bring a water bottle, pen, and journal. Wear comfortable clothing and warm socks. For our shared lunch, please bring a contribution of healthy, nourishing food.
