About this Event
It’s been one heck of a year! Through all the good and all the bad, the QT Library has not only survived but also thrived! We’ve grown our collection to over 3,000 books, onboarded dozens of new volunteers, and hosted programs that reach and serve the queer and trans community in Boston (and beyond)! It has been a tremendous period of growth that has culminated in our annual campaign: From Seed to Shelf. We have done the cultivating and the growing of the seedling, and now we invite you to join us in the best part: the Shelfebration.
Bring your friends, family, and community members to spend the afternoon with the QT Library at More Than Words on December 6 th to celebrate the year and to center joy and resilience during this winter. There will be games, crafts, and scrumptious goodies. We’ll also be raffling off prizes generously donated by a few of our community partners and local businesses (as well as a few surprises from our QT volunteers!)
This event is free but registration is required.
While all of the QT Library’s s programs are always free to attend, they are not free to put on. We are an entirely volunteer run organization funded by donations from folks in the community, like you!
