About this Event
The Global Justice Academy is pleased to invite you all the the launch of a set of contract clauses designed to embed the right to health in public-private partnerships. Authored by Dr Luis F Yanes and Dr Johanna Hoekstra, the model clauses are intended to support public authorities, NGOs, and businesses in drafting contracts in the healthcare sector that incorporate the key obligations of the human right to health. For Scotland, this model clauses are critical to ensure compliance with the statutory obligations found in the UNCRC Incorporation (Scotland) Act 2024. The launch will be followed by a wine reception.
