From Resume to Offer is a community-centered career workshop created for LGBTQIA+ professionals navigating work in an ever-changing job market. This space is intentionally designed to support both entry-level and experienced professionals, regardless of industry, role, or where you are in your career journey.
Together, we will focus on practical tools and real-world strategies, from understanding what you need from an employer, to refining your resume, to confidently navigating interviews and compensation conversations. The goal is not just landing a job, but making informed, empowered decisions about where and how you work.
