Join Lyndsey H. for this 90-minute workshop designed to help you slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself. Class starts with a gentle yoga sequence featuring poses to encourage deep relaxation. After that, participants will practice three calming breathwork routines and two guided meditations designed to get you out of your busy mind and into a more peaceful state. Students will also learn simple, practical tools to use in the future whenever life feels overwhelming or chaotic. Reiki and hands-on assists will be available for those who offer consent.
