About this Event
From Overwhelm to Ease: Music for the Anxious Nervous System is a gentle, heart-centered workshop for those feeling stressed, anxious, or disconnected from themselves. Led by a board certified music therapist, you can rest in the knowledge that you are being guided with clinically centered practice.
Using music as a grounding and restorative tool, this experience invites you to slow down, soften, and return to a deeper sense of inner balance.
Through guided meditation with music, conscious breathwork, vocal toning, and sound-based practices, we’ll create space for the nervous system to settle and for the body to remember its natural rhythm of ease. No musical experience is needed—only a willingness to listen, breathe, and be present.
This workshop is offered as a supportive, sacred pause from the demands of everyday life. You’ll be held in a compassionate, non-judgmental space where rest, reflection, and gentle self-connection are encouraged. Participants will leave with simple practices to support ongoing grounding, regulation, and a renewed sense of calm.
If you have a history of psychosis (mental illness where you slip out of connection with reality) please be advised that this may not be the best environment for you. Altered states (meditating) can induce psychosis in ill individuals, so please, be aware.
Limited to 10 participants. Grab a spot before it's taken!
