Enjoy the day flowing through soul-filling wellness practices, including a guided heart-centered yoga flow, gentle somatic movement, guided meditation session, aligning chakra sound bath with sound bowls and chimes, some journal/intention setting prompts, group reiki to cleanse and clear your aura field, and a floral bouquet making session for you to create and take home! We will talk about the healing properties and vibrations that flowers embody and add to the space. Light refreshments such as tea and snacks will be provided as well.
