Ever feel like everyone else is head and shoulders above you?
That they're further ahead? Doing better? Where you'd love to be but can't quite get there?
All of that is subjective.⬆️
Further ahead compared to what? Doing better how? Getting where?
Everyone else isn’t head and shoulders above or ahead of you. You are on your own path, and the comparisons you make are rooted in perception and your brain's tendency to catastrophise in order to keep you safe.
It’s exhausting and unhelpful. And ironically, it stops you from moving forward.
Ask yourself:
Who is setting your timeline? (The pace is yours to choose; your progress is your own.)
How much is enough? (Celebrate every step of progress you make, because it's real and it's yours.)
What do I need less of? (Sometimes we think more is the answer, but letting go of certain hings can be equally powerful.)
At the end of the day, your journey is about you—no one else. The only race you're running is with yourself. Release the need to compare, focus on what truly matters to you, and recognise that where you are right now is exactly where you're meant to be.
Let that be enough.
This ⬆️ is about self awareness and personal development, and when you focus on those two things your wellbeing will improve.
You will leave this workshop with the foundations to better wellbeing.
You will know why some days you feel great and some days not so great, and how to have more of those great days!
How often do your people think about and focus on their wellbeing? This workshop gives people time to listen, think, share (if they choose) and figure out their own wellbeing.

The workshop is based on research about our innate humans needs and the impact of these needs not being in balance (stress) and the impact of these needs being well balanced (joy).
The workshop takes participants through an exercise to create a visual of their own wellbeing, what it means to them, where their wellbeing is great, where it is not so great and how they can choose to help themselves and achieve greater wellbeing.
