Get in touch with your natural self!Themed around the five elements of earth, water, fire, air and ether, join me to explore a range of yoga practices that express grounding, fluidity, heat, balance and transformation, leading towards some Vedic Chanting and a heavenly Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep).
Every yoga pose can be approached by focussing on its primary purpose and form, supported by as many props as you need. This enables everyone to safely try the many ways to individually express yourself through yoga.
This is a mat-based workshop, requiring confidence in getting up and down from the floor. You are welcome to bring your own mat and extra cushions and blankets; other props and all refreshments will be provided.
The workshop concludes with refreshments and time to connect and socialise. £35.
