Throughout the evening, Chef Adam Simmonds—renowned for his modern, precise culinary approach rooted in Scandinavian simplicity—will personally present each course alongside his team, offering a rare chef’s table experience. Each menu has been thoughtfully curated to complement a hand-selected series of extraordinary teas from Lalani & Co, poured and narrated by the team behind one of the world’s most respected tea houses.

Founded 15 years ago by Jameel Lalani, Lalani & Co is a boutique tea merchant specialising in exceptional, single-batch teas from family-run gardens across the globe. From training the butlers at Buckingham Palace to supplying some of the world’s finest restaurants, Lalani & Co brings a level of tea mastery and terroir storytelling that perfectly echoes the ethos of Voyage.
