Together, we’ll explore how trauma shapes communication, triggers emotional patterns, and silently drives disconnection — and how to rebuild safety, empathy, and genuine intimacy in your relationships.

A practical and insightful session grounded in psychology, neuroscience, and attachment theory, turning everyday disagreements into opportunities for growth in a healthy relationship.

To make it easier for couples to participate, we will offer basic childcare during the workshop. If you plan to bring your children, please let us know by filling out this form so we can prepare for them
