From Burnout to Balanced is a private 3-month series designed to help you train hard, recover fully, and create lasting balance in your life.
Each month, we’ll meet in a small, intentional group — 16 participants total (8 men + 8 women) — for a 75-minute session that blends:
- Functional strength training with Russ
 - Restorative yoga & breathwork with Tiff
 - Practical coaching on stress management, recovery, and sustainable health
