About this Event
Join us for a thoughtfully curated evening at The Glasgow Art Club exploring the remarkable journey of families who travelled from the hilltop town of Barga in northern Tuscany to the heart of Glasgow.
Led by writer and experienced genealogy specialist, Roberto Rossi, this intimate session will trace the stories behind this migration, why families left, how they settled, and the legacy that continues across generations today.
Drawing on historical records, personal accounts and regional insight, the evening offers a chance to reflect on shared heritage, uncover connections, and revisit the enduring links between Italy and Scotland.
This is a small gathering, limited to just 40 guests, designed to encourage conversation and reflection in a relaxed and welcoming setting.
Drinks and canapès will be served upon arrival.
