$85 before Mar 15 • $99 after
WhatsApp: 92586890 / 61892390 (limited seats)
The teas tasted in this 90 minutes session come from Jingmai Mountain in Yunnan, recognised as a UNESCO Cultural Landscape in 2023 and one of the world’s oldest living tea landscapes.
In this guided tasting, we explore how processing, time, and fermentation transform tea from the same mountain environment.
Rather than memorising flavour notes, the session focuses on learning how to observe tea through tasting.
Participants will experience
• Young Raw Pu’er
• Aged Raw Pu’er
• Black tea created through oxidation
• Ripe Pu’er produced through fermentation
All teas come from the same mountain region in Jingmai, allowing participants to observe how different processes reshape the character of tea.
During the session you will learn
• How to brew tea for tasting
• How to observe aroma, texture and aftertaste
• How flavour evolves across multiple infusions
• Why ancient tea forests are culturally unique
Each tea will be brewed multiple times, allowing participants to observe how the tea changes across infusions.
Who this session is for
Tea drinkers curious about flavour
Beginners interested in learning how tea is actually tasted.
No prior knowledge is required.
