From a Trauma-Informed Past to a Vision-Centered Future

Over the past several years, many of us have experienced profound change. We’ve adapted, endured, and kept moving forward—often without pausing to reflect on what we’ve been through, what it’s meant, and where we want to go next.

This two-hour, trauma-informed workshop offers a supportive space to reflect, reconnect, and move forward with intention.

During the first hour, participants will engage in guided individual reflection and optional small-group conversation to explore their personal journeys from the past several years. Together, we’ll honor challenges, resilience, growth, and moments of celebration.

In the second hour, we’ll focus on identifying and grounding in personal values as a guide for what comes next. Each participant will receive a complimentary KnightCode kit (a $49 value), a proprietary, tabletop-style conversation tool designed to make abstract values tangible. KnightCode is especially supportive for neurodiverse thinkers and equally helpful for neurotypical participants.

Participation in sharing is always optional. This workshop is reflective, interactive, and gently facilitated.

Shae Noble and Jennifer Lowrance bring over three decades of combined experience in Human Resources, leadership, and facilitation. Passionate about creating inclusive, human-centered environments where people can thrive, they bring a compassionate, grounded approach to guiding participants through reflection, clarity, and connection.
