Friends of Dover Castle 2025 AGM - Members only

Join us for the Friends of Dover Castle Annual General Meeting, taking place on Saturday, 4th October 2025 at 2:30pm in Constable’s Tower, Dover Castle.

Following the meeting, attendees are warmly invited to enjoy complimentary cream teas served inside Constable’s Tower, offering a chance to relax and socialise in one of the castle’s most atmospheric spaces.

AGM Agenda Highlights:

• 🧭 Trustee & Committee Vacancies

We currently have open positions for Trustees and committee members. Full details about the roles and how to apply will be shared during the meeting.

• 📜 Amendments to our constitution

A proposal will be presented to amend the constitution to address minor loopholes. As these are small changes, Charity Commission approval is not required.

• 🪑 Chairperson Update

Our current Chair will be stepping down at the end of their term but intends to stand for re-election.

• 🎤 Guest Speaker

We’re in the process of confirming a guest speaker, details to follow on our Social Media channels!
