You are invited to a special one-off Saturday Repair Café event, being held in partnership with the Maison Dieu, Kent County Council and Deal Repair Café.Visit us in the splendid surroundings of the newly renovated Maison Dieu, where our volunteer fixers will help to fix your broken items:
Electrical goods
Clothing/ bags/ textiles
Bikes/ clocks
Broken ceramics etc
The Maison Dieu team will be on hand to help you have a go at furniture upcycling, using the stencils used in the hall restoration.
Kent County Council are promoting their E-Waste Warriors programme, encouraging young people to learn more about repair and recycling of e-waste. There will be some Team Repair kits, for you to have a go at fixing yourself.
