Friends in Motion – A Free August Series with Downtown Dallas Inc. & Fitness Ambassadors
This August, we’re bringing movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connections to Harwood Park with Friends in Motion—a feel-good outdoor series featuring Yoga + Pilates under the Dallas sky. Each Tuesday, we’ll flow, stretch, and sculpt with some of Dallas' top instructors, building strength and community one breath at a time.

- Check-in opens at 6:30 PM
- Bring a mat or rent one for $3 (Venmo & Apple Pay accepted)
- Free street parking after 6 PM | Free parking at the Farmers Market for 2 hours | Paid Garage parking at Jackson & Harwood | Free Retail parking at East Quarter (read the signs)
