You’re invited to a private afternoon with friends — and a first look at my latest segment on The American Dream TV.

As a host on The American Dream TV, I had the chance to film a beautiful day on the San Diego Bay alongside my friend Randy (our very own skipper), along with a feature on a standout downtown condo. We’ll be watching the episode together before it airs nationally.

Randy and Sophia have graciously opened their home in Rancho Bernardo for this intimate gathering, and I’d love for you to be part of it.

This is a small, VIP-style get-together — just good people, a great setting, and something fun to share together.

What to expect:

• Arrive between 12:00–1:00 PM
• Private screening of the episode
• Stay after to relax, connect, and enjoy the afternoon together
• Light bites and appetizers will be served
• Please bring your beverage of choice
