Jordan Shanks (Friendlyjordies) is a satirist comedian and podcast creator. He has been described as "irreverent", "surreal" and "some guy who got a cheap camera from K-Mart". He has produced over 580 no-holds-barred videos for his YouTube channel, has over half a million followers on social media and his videos have been viewed over 112 million times. Since 2013 he has spent years in self-imposed solitary confinement reading thousands of articles about the collapse of the planet and then yelling about it online. He has toured across the country since 2016 performing his highly acclaimed shows, Chin Up Stooge, Malcolm Turnball:A Life, John Howard Really Sucked, and now Friendlyjordies Cancels the Media.
