Friend Request is a structured social experience built for people who take friendship seriously and can tolerate a little friction along the way.
This round explores Audacity.
Not the loud kind.
The everyday kind.
The moment you say the thing.
Ask the question.
Choose the life you actually want.
The kind of nerve that changes a conversation.
What happens
You’ll move through timed one-on-one conversations and group prompts designed to wake people up a little.
Expect questions like:
• What conversation have you been rehearsing for years?
• What version of you is waiting for better timing?
• What does audacity look like in your actual life?
Some questions are funny.
Some are uncomfortable.
Most land somewhere useful.
You will talk to strangers.
You will learn things about people quickly.
And occasionally you will hear yourself say something
you didn’t realize you believed.
This is for you if

This edition of Friend Request takes place inside Soul Glow: Spring Equinox Reset at Sanctuary Health, a one-day collaboration between Very Human Social and Sanctuary Health.
Soul Glow includes daytime workshops and an evening night market with vendors like candles, tarot, and other offerings.
Friend Request runs 6–9 PM, with the night market active around the space.
The evening is supported by Marz, providing non-alcoholic beverages.
Wine will also be available for purchase.
