There are so many benefits in practicing yoga, stress relief, organ health, mind and body connection, mental health, regulating your nervous system and the list goes on. You'll find we will be practicing gentler styles, insuring everyone feels confident and safe while practicing yoga.
Yoga mats are completely optional as we have one giant floor mat for everyone. Dress comfortable and bring water! See you soon!
