Join us every Friday evening in Oxford, for Friday Waves: Five Rhythms dance, a movement practice that blends fluid, mindful motion with music to connect body, breath, and expression. Monday Waves is a place to move, flow, release, and refresh. No previous experience is needed. It’s perfect for anyone who’s interested in expressive, flowing movement, ecstatic dance, or conscious movement practices.
Whether you’re new to dance or experienced, bring yourself and your curiosity. Wear clothes that are easy to move in, bring a bottle of water, and come as you are - let your body remember the dance.
