In this circle, I invite you to reclaim that narrative and reconnect intentionally with your roots.This gathering is not about digging into trauma. It is about honoring lineage, releasing inherited patterns that no longer serve you, and consciously choosing what you carry forward into the next chapter of your life.
I will guide a structured meditation to help you connect with supportive ancestral energy, whether that comes through bloodline, chosen family, spiritual lineage, or the land itself. We will take time to acknowledge the strengths, resilience, and wisdom that flow through you.
Participants will also take part in a written release process focused on outdated beliefs or energetic patterns that feel complete. We will symbolically let those go and anchor in a new intention rooted in sovereignty and clarity.
This circle is purposefully limited in size to create a safe, intimate environment where meaningful connection and focused energy work can take place.
