ABOUT THE CLASS
This gentle yoga flow is designed to help you release stress after a long week. We’ll blend mindful movement with breathwork to calm the mind, ease the body, and build strength.
There are strengthening and stretching poses with variations - something for everyone, no matter how your body feels that day. 😊
ABOUT THE TEACHER
Elena’s classes are lighthearted, accessible, and relaxing. She believes yoga is for everyone and encourages students to move in a way that feels good for their body. Expect a calm atmosphere and plenty of smiles.

Changing rooms and accessible toilet facilities are available with plenty of storage space for equipment and coats.

COMMUNITY
November is our test month - think of it as a little yoga preview! We’ll be launching fully in January, so come flow with us early and be part of the beginning of our Greenwich yoga community.
Feel free to stick around after class! Each week we’ll finish with a relaxed hangout - a chance to unwind together, maybe share a drink, and build connections off the mat.
