This 1-hour experience includes the following:
6:30 PM - 6:35 PM
Introduction/Mix and Mingle & Warm Up dance
6:35 PM – 7:15 PM
You will learn a BEGINNER LEVEL modern chair dance routine that will get your heart pumping, body sweating and allow you to tap into the true confidence that comes from embracing and embodying your femininity and sensuality. Get ready to Sweat, Laugh and feel SEXY AF.
7:15 PM - 7:25 PM:
The class Showcase. This is when we all get a chance to perform and hype each other up!
7:25 PM – 7:30 PM:
Self-love stretch and class closing.
Additional Info:
* Attire: This experience focuses on OWNING your femininity and enjoying how incredible that feels. No Judgement. No expectations. No rules. Wear sexy and comfortable clothes. Yoga pants, booty shorts, tank tops, sports bras, crop tops, and t-shirts all work really well. Avoid too loose or too baggy clothes so they don't get caught in the chair as we move. Fishnets, bodysuit, thigh highs and other sexy accessories, however, are highly recommended.
* Shoes: You may dance bare feet, in socks, or sneakers. Heels are optional and should have ankle support, or ankle straps like stiletto, or Latin Booty Dance shoes. We usually practice without heels, then later put on the heels to showcase what we learned.
* Knee pads are optional. In most songs, we are not on our knees, but in some, we are.
** You don't need to bring a chair
** Bring a bottle of water.
