About this Event
Sound baths are a wonderful way to realign and ignite trapped energy due to daily stress. As you lay back and release any lingering tension, this 1 hour immersive journey will help your mind enter into a theta wave state which is indicative of deep relaxation and restorative healing. Your body has an innate ability to heal itself under the right conditions if your mind is at peace. Spiritually, you're connecting to your higher self and potential and may even receive important messages worthy of exploration.
We will begin with a brief introduction, followed by uninterrupted and immersive sound and vibration.
****Yoga mats and blankets will be provided but if you tend to run cold, please bring an extra blanket and whatever else helps you feel most comfortable!****
From 8pm - 9pm. We will begin promptly so please try to arrive a bit early!
