This is a student only event - Freshman Connection
Freshman Connection Day is a carnival-themed welcome event created to introduce the Class of 2030 to the Catamount family at Gary Comer College Prep! This exciting afternoon is all about building connections, creating community, and helping scholars feel confident and prepared before starting high school. Students will have the opportunity to meet future classmates, connect with staff, advisors, and student leaders, participate in interactive activities, enjoy games, music, light refreshments, and experience Catamount spirit firsthand. Scholars are encouraged to come picture ready and wear their Class of 2030 Catamount shirt if they received one during Decision Day or their middle school Signing Day. This is a student-only event focused on networking, engagement, and making meaningful first connections before the school year begins. We can’t wait to welcome our future Catamounts for an unforgettable experience!
