Join SLBA for a spring networking evening at Rouleau One, home of the Rouleau Method. Denise Rouleau and Mark Stefanishyn, co-founders, will share how simple movement tools are helping people stay strong, independent, and confident at any age.
This evening is for anyone working in or around the longevity economy. Business owners, caregivers, health professionals, or anyone who believes aging well starts with how we move through life.
Expect a short introduction to the Rouleau Method, followed by open networking with SLBA's growing community. Light refreshments will be provided.
