Rochester Downtown Alliance and 125 Live are proud to bring FREE outdoor fitness classes on Wednesday evenings (yoga) and Saturday mornings (Zumba). Anyone can go to the gym. Enjoy nature with Fresh Air Fitness Zumba classes while reducing stress, increasing happiness and having more energy! Need we say more? Classes are free to attend. Registration is not required.
