
About this Event
As the days grow shorter and the air turns crisp, make space to slow down and reconnect. Our Saturday Night Yoga series returns this fall, bringing movement, breath, and community to the co-op café.
Join us every Saturday evening from 7–8pm, September through November, for an all-levels yoga class in a warm, welcoming space.
This fall’s classes will be led by Emma Smith, a seasoned instructor who teaches at Uptown Pilates & Yoga and the University of Minnesota Rochester.
Please bring your own yoga mat. All participants will receive a free co-op coupon as a thank-you for joining us. This is a pay-what-you-can class (suggested $5–15 at the door).
