Frequency Reset is an afternoon designed to reconnect with our body, our breath and the flow of life.What to Expect:
* A nurturing space for a 3 hour immersion
* A guided workshop of fascial manoeuvers by Human Garage to unwind tension and reconnect with the body
* Cacao ceremony to move into the heart space
* Finishing with a sound healing to let go, relax and remember
Fascial Manoeuvers by Human Garage:--
Starting the afternoon with gentle movement to release emotional and physical tension in the fascia we use the breath and rotational manoeuvers to unwind and reset.
These fascial manoeuvers are designed by Human Garage and presented by a trained coach. We restore the body, reduce restriction, reconnect and allow the body's innate ability to heal.
These are adaptable and suitable to any body.
What is fascia?
A connective tissue net that covers the whole body - organs, muscles, tendons, ligaments, bones. etc. It is a communication network.
Healthy fascia is like a wet sponge - it moves, responds, is flexible/pliable.
Unhealthy fascia is dehydrated, holds tension or tight points which stops messages travelling through the network or restricts movement.
Who could benefit?..............
Anyone experiencing pain, aches, tight muscles or joints, inflammation, digestion issues, headaches, brain fog, less mobility, stress. Anyone interested in releasing tension and being able to move freely, settle the nervous system and align the body to it's natural healing state.
Sound Immersion:--
After relaxing into our body we enjoy a cacao ceremony to open the heart. In a dedicated sound healing room we sink into receiving the healing vibrations of gongs and sound bowls.
Johanna will take you on a journey of discovery with a frequency sound bath.
This indoor event is dedicated to support the connection to our body and the remembering of our innate abilities.
