After a breakfast campfire damper demonstration on stage with Ranger Stacey at 9.00am, Ranger Nick will run two hands-on damper workshop sessions in the Sustainability Garden. Participants will get to taste the damper served with golden syrup or honey.
Considered a true-blue Aussie legend, that puts Aussie fun into every bite, Ranger Nick is all about keeping traditions alive, blending educational information with bush poetry, yarns and ballads during his camp oven cooking demonstrations. He is recognised as a pioneer in the camp oven industry, continually producing fresh, innovative, and creative ideas for cooking with camp ovens.
Suitable for all ages.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a registered adult.
Participants must have enclosed shoes, and long hair should be tied back.

$5 per participant.
