Frequency of Freedom is a collective healing experience that begins with a powerful guided meditation focused on restoration, resilience, and healing within our communities. Rooted in the understanding that freedom is not only a social pursuit but a somatic one, this gathering creates space for both reflection and deep rest.

This experience honors social justice warriors across cultures—those who came before us, those who labor quietly now, and those yet to come—while offering a gentle, inclusive invitation to all who feel called to pause, breathe, and receive.

Dr. Triya guides participants through an opening collective meditation designed to align intention, open the heart, and ground the body. From this shared energetic foundation, participants are then led into a restorative sound bath, allowing the nervous system to soften and the body to remember wholeness.

Through sound, breath, and intentional rest, we honor the fullness of who we are—our strength and our tenderness, our grief and our joy, our histories and our hopes.

Selah Solace Within provides a luxury sound bath experience, thoughtfully designed to support deep relaxation and comfort. Each participant will be welcomed into a fully prepared space including:

• Plush blow-up beds
• Pillows and eye masks
• Soft blankets
• Light refreshments for gentle nourishment
• Community Building/Networking
