Frequencies & Fungi's approach to sound healing is focused on the art of relaxation, privacy, and the experience of the present moment in all of its fullness. Guests enter a space that is curated for relaxation with low lighting, opening up to a ceremonial space draped in soft fabrics, while a live harp plays in the background. Sound Healing is a therapeutic approach that uses sound waves and vibrations to promote healing and relaxation in the mind & body. This practice is based on the idea that everything in the universe vibrates at its own unique frequency and that these frequencies can be harnessed to restore balance and harmony in the body.

On 30th of March, we will go on a sound healing journey lead by a chamber orchestra that includes the harp, cello, double bass, and singing bowls. The tonal vibrations offered by these instruments create sounds wave that resonate with the body's chakras. The journey is inspired by the element of water. Water is associated with purity, wisdom and rebirth. And with springs invitation to plant new seeds we will journey inward to release tension and blockages in the body and relax the mind.
Guests are offered a complementary gift a choice of Mindful Dosing Tea, Herbal Tea, or Ceremonial Cacao. Using organic material each Mindfulnes tea is blended to help increase mindfulness and self-awareness.
Please be on time. The sound bath is set to start at 8:45 am to give your tea enough time to steep and for you to get settled.
Each guests will be assigned a comfortable mat to relax on with a weighted blanket, and pillow.
