Peace y'all, we're starting our week with intention, poured into, and ready to let the overflow pour into others.

Here's what you can expect:

• 45-minute sound bath journey
• Herbal Tea + fresh fruta offering
• Reflective journaling + option to share
• A deeper connection to Self and your community

We'll have yoga mats at the space but feel free to bring your own if you prefer, as well as a blanket, pillow, journal, or whatever else you need to feel comfort and ease.
