During the first part of the workshop let us move together and explore the skill of #danceimprovisation & other series of dance exercises suitable for all levels.
The second part of the workshop is #OpenSpace, is dedicated to work on our own movement vocabulary, culminating in the opportunity to freestyle for others - like a performance! However, it is not mandatory to perform. (Open Space can be a solo, pair or group experience. No previous experience in dance or performing is needed). 💖
The third, and last part of the workshop, is....PARTYING! #JustDance, dance, dance.
Snacks and beverages will be provided. Feel free to bring snacks or drinks for yourself or to share. Please note: No alcohol is allowed ‼️
