While pair lessons are usually focused around certain combinations and the techniques that the couple needs to develop to achieve them, in this lesson we take time to focus on individual technique. Individual technique is the same for both leaders and followers and thus, this lesson is suitable for both roles.
We will be working on important concepts that have helped me improve my own dance: Building a strong axis that allows you to find your balance while in movement; finding good impulse for your pivots; use of free and standing leg; giro technique for leaders and followers; embellishments.
Lessons are independent from one another, but I strongly recommend to come to all of them so that you can better appreciate the concepts and exercises that we will be practicing.
