Freedom 250 Barn Quilt Class!Celebrate America’s 250th anniversary with a creative, hands-on experience. Join us on Saturday, June 6, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Paramont Applied Technology & Workforce Center on the VHCC campus to paint your own 2’ x 2’ Freedom 250 barn quilt.
Choose from two design options:
• Folded Flag (Beginner)
• Stars and Stripes (Intermediate)
This class is perfect for all skill levels and includes:
• A brief look at the history and tradition of barn quilts
• Step-by-step, personalized instruction
• Pre-drawn board with all materials and hanging hardware provided
• Durable ACM board that will not rust or fade
• Lunch included
At the end of the day, you will take home a completed barn quilt—perfect for seasonal décor or a meaningful gift.
