Each session combines:
* targeted self trigger point release and therapeutic foam rolling to release muscular tension
* somatic shaking for fascia softening
* grounding breathwork for nervous system regulation
* simple yoga-based movement to improve hydration and mobility
Rather than forcing change, this series helps your body unwind safely and gradually, addressing the patterns of bracing, holding, and overload that commonly live in the neck and shoulders. You’ll learn practical, body-aware techniques you can return to anytime—so relief isn’t temporary, but integrated, sustainable, and empowering.
