- Stay after class: Enjoy the 🍧 & Beach. Shop local from food and artisan vendors and makers. Just steps away from our world-famous 🐚 Fort Lauderdale Beach.

Lisa will demonstrate poses and give clear directions over a high-quality sound system. Kids can join the class with supervised adults. This is Open To All / Family-Friendly / Lgbtqia / Non-Judgment Space / All Mvmt Levels & Newbies / County Approved Class & Events / COVID Safe / Fully Licensed and Insured
🎒 How to Prepare:
BYO beach towel or blanket for practice ( no Yoga mat needed ). We practice on a firm turf lawn ( no holes, bumps, bugs, dog poo, or sand ) for easy-flowing movements and balance.
Also, don't forget sunglasses & your friends!
,📅 Date: Saturdays: 9:00 am unless noted on the ticket date( no class May 9 & 23 )
Arrive at least 15 minutes before class begins, check in with the teacher, grab a spot, and enjoy extra time at the market before class. Don't worry if you are running late; jump in if class has already begun.
💲 Price: Free / donation-based.
Your loving payments are accepted with Cash, Cash App, Zelle, or on Eventbrite. And goes to pay the teacher, supplies, and the assistant who sets up the space. *No one is turned away due to a lack of funds.

⚠️ Cancel/Refund Policy for Weekly Classes:
- Cancellations or rescheduling are eligible for a 100% refund for paid tickets or donation-based tickets.
- For general refunds with 24+ hour notice, you can easily process this yourself. Just navigate to your ticket settings to initiate your refund. If you provide less than 24 hours' notice, refunds or credits will not be granted. We are not liable for any personal circumstances that might prevent your attendance, including travel, health, weather, or other issues.
