Pier Passport Cocktail & Culinary Series: A Taste of Asia
Pier Passport is our signature series designed to take guests on a journey—across the culinary destinations of Pier Sixty-Six and beyond our borders. Each month, a different venue hosts a themed evening where cuisine, cocktails, and culture come together in a way that is immersive, transportive, and distinctly its own.
This month, the journey heads east.
With its Asian-inspired menu and vibrant poolside energy, The Nectar Room is a natural home for this evening—becoming the backdrop for something a little more special.
Move freely from station to station as our chefs work live in front of you. Sushi and sashimi, char siu pork belly bao, yakitori off the grill, wok-fried rice, shaved ice, and passed mochi—each dish rooted in tradition, prepared fresh at every station. Every guest is welcomed with a pour of sake upon arrival, and the journey begins from there.
The evening includes food and one welcome sake pour, with additional beverages available for purchase.
