Join Fitness Formula Clubs this summer for Yoga In The Park! Our free community vinyasa-style yoga classes will be held in Grove 2 in Lincoln Park (near the intersection of Clark and LaSalle - look for the FFC flags).
Class on August 18th will run from 10:00 - 11:00 AM.
For this class, Fitness Formula Clubs is partnering with American Heart Association and encouraging a donation to their organization for those who participate in the class! Donate by clicking the link here: https://www.heart.org/
Classes are open to both FFC members and non-members. Members may sign up for class in the FFC+ app if they'd like, but all you need to do is show up! Walk-ins welcome. All attendees must sign a digital waiver before class begins. Please bring your own yoga mat and water bottle for class.
