
About this Event
Join us for a free 2-hour all-levels yoga class designed to help you stretch, strengthen, and relax.
We’ll start with Hatha yoga to gently awaken the body, transition into a flowing Vinyasa sequence to build heat and flexibility, and end with a deeply relaxing guided meditation.
What to Expect:
• A grounding Hatha yoga warm-up
• A dynamic yet accessible Vinyasa flow
• A calming guided meditation to close the session
Things to Know:
• Class is 2 hours long (1.5 hours yoga + 30 min guided meditation)
• Bring a yoga mat (or towel) and water
• Wear comfortable clothing for movement
• Arrive a few minutes early to settle in
The class will take place at Rooftop Fitness in Sheepshead Bay. The space is accessible and open to all. Just follow the signs to the boxing gym. Suite 903 on the 2nd floor.
This class is completely free, but donations are welcome and appreciated.
