In this natural phenomenon we are collectively experiencing, much has been forgotten as we developed technologically. Associating our lived experience solely with the five senses has inhibited our ability to see beyond and has led to forgetting our sixth sense, the mind’s eye or third eye. Though we have advanced in one way, we have lost sight of our most advanced technology: the human body.
Yogis view the human body as more than just matter but also spirit. The human body is a blessing, as it is a direct link to our ascension, acting as a sort of soft technology for us to use. Through practice and discussion, practitioners will be able to connect with the energetic blueprint that affects our ability to experience reality as it truly is. This energetic blueprint is known as the subtle body in yogic science. We will root ourselves in the understanding that we are spiritual beings having a human experience.
