All are invited to Saint Paul United Methodist Church for a FREE yoga class series this fall.Gretchen Arroyo, Registered Yoga Teacher, will lead us in a series of beginner Yin Yoga classes. Yin Yoga is a meditative style of yoga incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine and exercise. This style of yoga increases flexibility by allowing your connective tissue to lengthen gently.
Classes will take place on Wednesday evenings at 6:00 p.m. in the Bevins Family Life Center at Saint Paul UMC, September 17 - December 17. This class is appropriate for all levels of practice. The use chairs, blankets, blocks, and other supportive props for assistance is welcome. If you have a yoga mat, please bring it; if not, we have some to share (first-come, first-served). Please wear comfortable clothing, arrive a few minutes before the start time, and let the instructor know if you have any limitations.
The church covers the costs of the class, and donations are also accepted.
