The Great Plains ATAP annual training event brings together experts from the behavioral threat assessment and management (BTAM) field to address current challenges and best practices in prevention and communication for threat assessment professionals. This year's event will provide updates on current research and practice to enhance skills in working in the field of threat assessment. Attend in-person or via Zoom. DATE/TIME:
October 2: 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
October 3: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND:
Behavioral threat assessment professionals in law enforcement, schools (elementary, secondary, and post-secondary), corporate security or human resources, and behavioral health professionals.
COST:
$200: ATAP Members, Law Enforcement, & Full-Time Students.
$250: Non-Members
CEs: An application has been made for 5.0 continuing education credits for psychologists.
